Grand Cru: Tripel Distilled Edition

We launched a new expression of Karmeliet's 300-year-old beer: The Grand Cru Tripel Distilled Edition. Inspired by techniques mastered in whisky making,
this refined Belgian Tripel was elevated with distilled spices, orange peel, and bergamot. We triple-distilled the beer to its purest essence, capturing vibrant flavors in a unique distillate, then blended it back for a bold, refined taste.

We connected with 1,630 fans, influencers, and creators to host bottle-opening parties across Belgium for memorable at-home tastings. The campaign reached 600,000 on social media, with gift packs gone in just 24 hours and 18,000 bottles pre-ordered before launch —up 20% from the last release. Demand was so high, the brewery is now brewing more.
